Mix dry ingredients.
Whisk milk, egg, sugar and oil. Let sit for 10 mins and whisk to dissolve sugar.
Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix then kneed.
Oil bowl, cover and let rest 2 hrs OR overnight
Cut into 4 balls, lightly flour tray, cover and rest for 2 hrs.
Shape then roll - thin!. with hand lightly water.
Stick to hot cast iron tawa.
For subsequent naans lightly oil, flip onto hand and lightly water to stick.
Cook for 3 mins then invert 4-6 inches over flame.
Baste with ghee and stack
